Located in the Brandvadi residential development in Karaağaç Neighborhood, Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, and constructed by EMS Yapı as the main contractor, this exclusive residential project encompasses the complete landscape design and implementation carried out by Fi Design. The outdoor area was delivered as an unfinished garden, providing an opportunity to completely redefine the space through a comprehensive design approach that enhances architectural integrity, maximizes user comfort, and elevates the property's aesthetic value. By combining the warmth of natural materials with the expectations of contemporary living, the project creates a refined and inviting villa environment.

The primary objective was to transform the existing villa into a timeless outdoor living experience that complements its contemporary architecture. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, the garden was carefully planned around circulation, functionality, material continuity, and the seamless integration of landscape elements. Every outdoor space was designed to offer a distinct living experience, allowing the garden to be actively enjoyed throughout different times of the day and across all seasons.

Developed entirely by Fi Design, the landscape project embraces a holistic design philosophy, encompassing hardscape applications, planting schemes, outdoor social spaces, lighting design, and architectural detailing. Clean geometric lines are softened through the use of natural materials, creating a sophisticated balance between modern design and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The result is a contemporary villa garden that feels elegant while remaining highly functional.

One of the project's key features is the construction of a bespoke swimming pool, positioned as the focal point of the outdoor living concept. Safety and durability were prioritized through the selection of premium anti-slip outdoor porcelain tiles, while the pool finishes were meticulously chosen from Serapool's exclusive ceramic collections.
