Açıklama

In the work of art, in which two people with a common life, belief and destiny are wanted to be commemorated together, while it is desired to exist with a new layer to today's Gülhane, on the other hand, our lines are transferred to paper with the instinct of getting lost in the natural environment. In this work of art, in which we try to create a common style among the historical depth and the stories of the past, the zeotrope, which provides a continuous impression by using the illusions of movement and is the most primitive storytelling technique, has manifested into the work with a new form and perspective. Derived from zoe meaning life and tropos meaning return, zoetrope is an early animation technology. This primitive method consists of a cylinder with vertical slits along its sides, and the inner surface of the cylinder has a series of sequential images. This philosophical technique, which makes the user read the story through a slit in a circular motion, while presenting the illusion of movement with images from an intermediate perspective, it created an awareness in the project process with its analog design and simplicity, and inspired in the sense of abstract thought.
